A Modern Approach
to Ancient Healing
Who We Are
Spirit & Stem: Ancient Wisdom, Modern Wellness
Spirit & Stem is rooted in the timeless teachings passed down by my grandmothers, whose wisdom guides every offering. They taught me that true medicine is found in the garden and in the kitchen—through what the Earth provides, the foods we prepare, and the rituals we share. My grandmother, a sobadora (traditional healer), showed me the power of healing touch to restore balance and vitality, reminding me that wellness begins with connection: to ourselves, to the earth, and to each other.
Our Mission
Spirit & Stem’s mission is to enhance the wellness journey of executives by integrating ancient rituals and modern modalities. We empower leaders to cultivate mental clarity, creativity, and self-awareness through reiki, meditation, breathwork, and plant medicine retreats. Our passion is helping leaders become more balanced, conscious human beings—fueling extraordinary business and team outcomes.
We believe that energy is the bridge between mental and physical well-being. Every Spirit & Stem experience is designed to harmonize your energy—whether through reiki, sound healing, plant medicine, meditation, or ceremonial healing—so you can thrive as a leader, partner, and human being. Our offerings blend ancient wisdom with modern science, supporting you in cultivating resilience, clarity, and purpose.
